Tomer Miara

Product manager in Tel Aviv. I trained as an industrial designer, two years at Central Saint Martins in London and then a B.A. at Pratt Institute in New York, and the work turned out to transfer almost whole: find the real problem, build the smallest thing that tests it, then decide what to cut.

The route

I finished a B.A. in Industrial Design at Pratt Institute in New York in 2023, with a 3.9 GPA, Highest Honors and the Presidential Merit Award, after two years of Product and Industrial Design at Central Saint Martins in London. I also hold Google’s UX Design Professional Certificate.

I joined Krembo Rebels, a digital agency, as a Product Manager in May 2024 and ran delivery, account roadmaps and stakeholder communication across twelve concurrent client accounts in fintech, e-commerce and real estate, up from eight under the previous manager. I absorbed the extra four by rebuilding how the work was planned and tracked, and by introducing Monday.com company-wide. Since January 2026 I have been the agency’s part-time product, AI and automation consultant, where I architected, built and deployed a multi-tenant client analytics platform solo, from validated MVP to live production.

Alongside that, from January to July 2026, I was sole Product Manager from stage zero on Nura Events, an event management platform that processed $60K+ in transactions during its first live event, leading six distributed freelancers across four time zones. Earlier, a product management internship on web3 products at DcentraLab.

Before any of it, Hamal Ezrahi. After October 7th I self-initiated a crisis-response effort to fix a service-routing gap for evacuees in Eilat: more than twenty-five field discovery interviews with hotel managers, city welfare departments and community leaders, and a platform built on existing infrastructure and operational in under two weeks with an all-volunteer team. The finding that decided the design was that a high-stress environment blocks digital self-service, so volunteers went into hotel lobbies as the primary adoption touchpoint. Adoption reached roughly 70% across approximately 40,000 evacuees served, field-observed rather than instrumented.

Day to day that means PRDs, roadmaps, backlogs, discovery interviews and stage-level A/B testing, in Figma, Monday.com and Linear, plus a habit of building the thing myself when building it is faster than specifying it. I do not write the code: I make the product and architecture calls, direct the implementation with Claude Code, and test what comes back. Supabase, Vercel, n8n, Make.com and the LLM APIs. I work in Hebrew and English.

Outside the work

I live in Tel Aviv. Before that, New York; before that, London. Design school in both, and a good deal of travelling around them.

Outside work I am usually outdoors, hiking, surfing or under water, or else playing video games.
